Award-Winning Photographer in Geneva, Illinois: A Celebration of Excellence
I have some exciting news to share—I never thought I’d be a award winning Geneva, Illinois photographer, but here I am! Three of my images recently won an Award of Excellence in a national print competition hosted by SYNC: High School Senior and Youth Sports National Conference! This is a huge honor, as only 20% of the images entered received this distinction.
Two of my winning images were high school senior portraits, and one was a portrait of the cutest dog you ever did see. What set these images apart? According to the judges, it was a combination of excellent use of directional lighting, movement within the subject, genuine expression, color harmony, and compositional excellence. These are all elements I carefully consider in every session to create portraits that are not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful.
