If the idea of a photoshoot makes you want to hide, you're exactly who I'm built for. Most of my clients arrive a little nervous, especially the ones who've spent years dodging the camera. They leave wondering when we can do it again. That's not an accident. I specialize in making camera-shy adults feel genuinely at ease, which is how you end up with portraits that look like you on a great day, not you awkwardly posing for one.
And I don't stop there. I design every session for the wall, not the hard drive, because the portraits that become part of your family's story are the ones you actually see every day, not the ones buried in a folder on your phone.
Honestly? It's not really about the camera.
Sure, I love crafting a beautiful image. But the part I think about on the drive home, the part that made me fall into this work and never leave, is you. The nervous laugh when you first arrive. The moment you forget I'm there. The look on your face when you see yourself and think, maybe for the first time, that you actually photograph beautifully.
I'm a mom of two young adults, happily rooted in Geneva for 14 years, and the kind of person who will learn your kids' names, and ask about your vacation. My girls are grown now, which means I understand better than anyone how fast it all goes. I soak up every chance I can get to have us all in photos together, and I bring that same energy to every session I shoot. Every session starts with a stranger and ends with someone I genuinely care about. That's not a marketing line. It's just how I'm wired.
And it's exactly why camera-shy clients feel at ease with me. I'm not focused on getting the shot. I'm focused on getting to know you. The great shots follow naturally.
